We require partial or full payment in advance depending on the project scope. Work will begin only after payment confirmation. Final files will be delivered after full payment is completed.

We offer revisions based on the selected package. Excessive revisions or major changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity and client response time. Delays caused by late feedback or incomplete information are not our responsibility.

Clients must provide all necessary content (videos, logos, text, etc.). We are not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided material.

Once the final project is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued. However, we aim to ensure client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues.

We reserve the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
